At Atölye Sanat, we work hard to deliver your orders to you safely and quickly.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed through our website are prepared and handed over to the shipping company within 1-3 business days at the latest after payment is confirmed.

For custom-made, personalized and 3D printed products, preparation time may vary depending on production time. For such orders, the estimated delivery time is stated in the product description.

Shipping Company

Your orders are shipped via our partner shipping companies. The shipping company used may vary depending on demand and regional conditions.

Delivery Time

Shipped orders are delivered

• usually within 1-3 business days to Trabzon and the surrounding provinces,

• and within an average of 2-7 business days throughout the rest of Turkey

from the date of shipment.

Delivery times may be longer during public holidays, campaign periods and extraordinary circumstances.

Shipping Fees

The shipping fee is shown on the checkout screen based on the order amount and campaign conditions.

Free shipping campaigns may be offered during certain periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping company, a shipment tracking number will be sent to you. With this number, you can track the status of your shipment on the shipping company's website.

Damaged Packages

Please be sure to check your package upon delivery. Do not accept damaged or opened packages without having a damage report drawn up in the presence of the courier.

Atölye Sanat cannot be held responsible for damage discovered later on shipments accepted without a damage report.
